Job brief :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Researcher and Writer to help us in our overall content development & marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of development and execution of engaging content to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

The candidate should be a competent professional able to develop engaging content and grasp consumer behavior trends. The goal is to deliver effective content aligned to the platforms ethos and philosophy of inner development.

Responsibilities

- Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned

- Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following instructions provided for each type of document

- Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, stories and social media to entice and engage audience

- Copy, edit and proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions

- Write content for magazines keeping in mind the general structure and sentiment of the readers

- Conceptualize different digital means to appropriate and develop storyboards using a multitude of media formats.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as CONTENT RESEARCHER or similar role

- Thorough understanding of content development elements (including traditional and digital curation & development) and content research methods

- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

- Understanding of web publishing requirements

- Demonstrable experience in MS Office and other Content Management Software

- Well-organized and detail-oriented

- Exceptional communication and writing skills

- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

- Proficiency in Hindi and English

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Philosophy, Art & Culture, Journalism or relevant field
