Director - SAAS Sales


- Our Client is a comprehensive SaaS Operations (SaaSOps) management platform for IT teams. It helps IT teams Discover, Manage, Secure, and Comply across multiple SaaS applications, all from a single dashboard. In short, We puts the IT team back in control of their new SaaS-ified landscape.

Job Brief :

- We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

- Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

- Owning and hit/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

- Observe local and national trends in the market

- Up-sell when appropriate

- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting

Requirements :

- Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets

- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
