Job Description :

- To develop Sales and Distribution Network & developing Market Area.

- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.

- Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

- To achieve sales targets on a monthly / quarterly / annually basis.

- Responsible for the Regions forecasting and sales tracking.

- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.

- Ensure attainment of company goals and profitability. Prepare proposals and quotations.

- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.

- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.

- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum one year experience in sales.

- Need a person who can handle the Area Independently

- Generating reports related to Daily/ weekly/monthly plans and achievements,

- Establishing and maintaining good rapport with Distributors & Dealers. Negotiation and demonstration skills.
