CCI Projects - Telesales Role (1-4 yrs)
- Call prospective clients and explain product. Making follow-up calls to close sales
- Responsible for making cold call, Handle inbound queries from clients regarding price, location, specifications and other project details.
- Communicating courteously with customers over phone, email etc
- Providing help and advice to customers about the current and upcoming projects of the organization.
- Ensure timely information flow to customers
- Coordinating with leads provided by the Marketing Team
- Fixing appointments on daily basis. Coordinating with client for site visits & taking feedbacks, sending emails & text as and when required.
- Maintaining Calendars & Schedules for appointments of every Client
- Support during campaigns in terms of overflow walk-in's. (e.g. Launch)
- Maintain customer records by updating customer account information. Maintain customer database
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and submit to the reporting manager as per the timeline.
- Coordinating with sales team as a back-end support for growth of business.
Desired Candidate profile :
- Any Graduate with Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills and presentable
