CBIX - Senior Manager - Commercial Leasing (3-6 yrs)

Role : Building a client base for CBIX office leasing and be responsible for closures and brokerage.
Responsibilities include :
- Take complete ownership of client leasing requirements from brief to transaction completion.
- Develop a firm grasp of client requirements and identify the best needs to satisfy CBIX clients.
- Manage all other client servicing efforts as may be the case.
Expected Skills & Qualifications :
- Graduate/PG with at least 3 years experience in commercial/corporate leasing and client management.
- Excellent communication and service skills with a complete grasp of corporate leasing industry norms and standards.
- Should be energetic, enterprising and professional.
- Should be comfortable with uncertainty and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
