At the moment, we are immersed in helping India achieve one of its' most ambitious civic program's goals- The Swachh Bharat Mission- and make India an open defecation free nation. We are also involved in the development and innovation of products that work towards better management of water resources and their conservation.

Caya's innovations would also directly and indirectly address other social issues like gender equality and increasing school attendance especially for the girl child.

We believe in combining scale with design and innovation in construction technology and sustainable business models. Caya was formed in 2016 and we have already installed 400+ toilets across 12 cities in India with 2000 lives impacted by our facilities everyday.

Social Marketing Associate

Responsibilities :

Lead, Oversee and Manage Community Engagement with NGOs & field-engagement staff

Design & conduct field-surveys for market research

Identify and understand the wants, needs and motivations of key audiences in communities and translate them into benefits and messages through content briefs

Standardize community engagement & team-building procedures and processes

Conduct Pilot studies to develop and execute marketing strategies for Caya's products & services

Work with a broad range of stakeholders and partners

The candidate is expected to have a good learning appetite and potential to grow to senior level in the organization.

We are looking for someone dynamic with interest in improving lives of the poor and with exposure in:

Social & Market Research - Community/ User/Stakeholder Research

Customer Development, Acquisition & Retention, Customer/Community - Engagement

Product & Service Testing and Development

Marketing & Behavior Change Communication

Social Entrepreneurship or senior position in NGO And marketing in general

Location of Work : Delhi, India

Salary : Very Competitive Salary commensurate with experience

Work Experience - 2 to 5 years
