CAYA Constructs - Marketing Role (5-9 yrs)

Marketing Juggler (we- re not writing this to sound cool or appealing, it literally involves everyday juggling)

We are looking for an experienced professional to spearhead our marketing function. The candidate should preferably have the following skills

a. Marketing strategy

i. Working with the founding team to identify new product/ business models

ii. Developing an execution strategy

iii. Setting-up meetings with potential business partners

iv. Calendar and pilot implementation

b. Ability to develop campaigns and lead community led offline marketing activities.

i. Campaign management- developing the calendar, budgets, identifying the vendors, recruiting a freelance team or an agency for execution

ii. Photography skills and design knowledge with knowledge of design software (corel draw, indesign, photoshop) is preferred

c. Marketing collateral

i. Working with the sales team, installation and production teams to identify product collateral required

ii. Competent to develop product related literature, internal communication documents, and activity report.

a. Communication

i. Digital marketing interest with the ability to manage social media pages- facebook, twitter, Instagram, youtube.

ii. Management of the company's website/company presentations/ pitch

iii. Understanding of SEO and SEM is preferred not a must

The candidate will have the freedom to explore innovative marketing initiatives as this is an emerging sector

Education & Experience :

- Preferably an MBA/PG in communications, design, or marketing or an attitude of on the job learning

- 5-6 years of experience in setting up a new product or business division or own entrepreneurial venture. Or experience in marketing in diverse sectors, roles or skill-sets.
