Category Manager - Sales - FMCD/Large & Small Appliances (5-7 yrs)

Job location : Hyderabad
Should have experience in hyper or super market
At category level, managing scheme budget, optimizing it across catalog to ensure GMV growth. Drive regional level sales targets,
Vendor Management: Helping design and execute seller policies + Personally managing the biggest accounts, focusing on business growth and assortment build up
Brand Engagement : Be the 2nd level of engagement with category brands, - responsible for monetization and business operational readiness
Overall Ownership of Category operational metrics like NPS, Customer query resolution, SLA compliance, Returns and Cancellation % etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in materials management, although not mandatory given relevant previous retail experience
