Client is The Organic World, an upcoming Organic Store Chain across South India. Currently two stores are operational in Bangalore (http://theorganicworld.com/)
Job description
1. Responsible for developing and managing categories to drive sales, margin and inventory levels as per target
2. Build and manage assortment, have the best assortment in market
3. Responsible for replenishment of stock from suppliers and stock availability in store
4. Responsible for driving sales through promotions and offers
5. Responsible for managing vendor relationships
6. Responsible for driving customer engagement events with marketing team
KPI s
1. Achieving sales and margin target
2. Achieving 100% availability and 90% + fill rate with customers
3. Managing inventory levels to inventory norms
Reporting to
Regional Head
Experience
Atleast 4 years of category management
Experience in one of the Food, Grocery, Staples and Fresh categories
Experience in bangalore is a plus
