Category Manager - Business Development - EduTech (4-8 yrs)
EdTech is hiring :
- Build and execute the business plan and revenue strategy
- Hire quality online educators proficient for the state government recruitment exams
- Partner with the offline coaching institutes and subject matter experts to deliver live classes on the platform
- Focus on user customer acquisition and conversion rate
- Define the key targets and analyze the daily/weekly/monthly performance
- Continuous market research along with the focus on the overall competition
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Suggest product ideas and enhancements through constant feedback loop
Requirements :
- 4+ years relevant experience in business development or experience as category head
- Prior edtech experience is an added advantage
- A motivational leader who leads by example
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Edtech understanding is an added advantage
