Category Management/Vendor Management/Catalog Management Role - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Vendor Identification and onboarding
- Identification and development of a large vendor base, as per the needs of the category
- Negotiations with vendors(Domestic & International)to get the best deals in terms of both pricing and support
- Research and analysis to understand the catalog requirements for all sub-categories in detail
- Management of website content and categorization to provide the best-in-class content consumption experience to the customers
- Managing P&L for the Vendors onboarded
- Category depth (number of products covered) would be the primary outcome area for this role
- Meeting the technical requirement specific to the Vendor Affiliations
- Automate process with Vendor including Reporting
Experience :
- At least 3 years experience in Category management/ Vendor management/ Catalog management roles in any Voucher/gifting company would be a big plus.
Skill sets :
- Excellent communication skills & ability to learn quickly
- High levels of perseverance and persuasiveness
- Knowledge of e-commerce & the couponing industry.
