Category Management Role - Home Care/Personal Care (3-9 yrs)
- Develop a Framework for Vendor Management, Finalize TOT and Plan and initialize JBP keeping in view the business goals.
- Develop Category strategy, keeping in view the business goals and competitive market scenario.
- Responsible for driving sales, margins, working capital & Category profitability
- Responsible for monetizing visibility properties and generate Other income keeping in line with business needs of the category
- Managing National and Local vendors and maximize the sales and margins for the category
- Plan and finalize pricing and promotion strategy for his category .
- Finalize and implement FMCG category assortment strategy thereby achieving sales, margin and stock target.
- Analyze sales data to understand how to positively affect the category performance
Vendor Development, vendor Negotiation, category assortment, good analytical skills
Minimum Relevant Experience : 3 years
Education/qualification : Graduate or MBA
Joining time / Notice Period : 30-60 days
