- Achieve Budgeted Turnover of Seeds category in Retail.
- To take care of the day to day Business & Complete responsible for Category.
- Ensure Targeted delivery lead time& Ensure Supplies.
- SKU optimization to minimise product gaps, reduction of Excess SKUS and ensuring healthy margins.
- Achievement of Targeted Business Enablers & Improvement in NOB & ATV.
- Improve Terms of Trade with suppliers of respective category.
- Introduce new Products in the Seeds category, Introduce Private Labels.
- Spearheading for Operating Margin Responsibility.
- Liable for Local & International Sourcing& Private Labels.
- Vendor Management & Involving in Decision making for Sales Improvement.
Managing the spectrum of Distribution Network, Supply Chain& Maintain Fill Rate.
Qualified Bsc-Agri / Msc -Agri with MBA in Agribusiness Management .
- Candidates from reputed Seeds cos with 15 -25 yrs of experience in states of AP, Telagana, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
- Candidates should be well versed with the seeds requirement for the region.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad may only apply.
- Excellent communications skills

- Knowledge on distribution network and supply chain.
- Should be open to travel.
