Reports to : Head of Marketing

Location:- Ahmedabad Location (Corporate Office)

Industry Preference:- FMCG (Food/Non Food)

Job Summary:- To manage critical new category developments & launches plus overall Market Research

Key Stakeholders : R&D, GDSO (Supply Chain Management), Finance, Senior Management, Trade Marketing, Media

CTC: - Depend on Current CTC

Pre-requisite

- Essential Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with a degree in Management from top 20 reputed institutes

Experience :

- 8-14 years of experience of which at least 8 years should be in Consumer Goods companies, Should have spent at least 4-6 years in brand management roles in reputed FMCG companies

- Should have been part of/led NPDs & new product launches

- Should have thorough understanding & experience of ATL, media planning

- Preferred Age Group : 30-36 years

- Excellent communication skills, Self-Motivating, Go Getter

Key Responsibilities :

- End to end responsibility for new category/product development and new category/product launches

- Categories would include mix of new brand work, new category work-and existing brands new category work

- Responsibilities would include category mapping, concept work, working in & leading CFTs for new product development

- New product work would include RTM planning, working with sales and trade marketing to develop RTM, managing overall launches in market including communication development, marketing initiatives for developing new products

- Responsibilities would also include driving strategy, planning, top line, budget management & bottom line for above

- Driving market research, consumer insights and business analytics o Lead the Market Research function

- Work with brand teams to design & implement researches

- Lead team on enhancing consumer insights process

- Lead on improving business & brand analytics
