Senior Executive - Retail POSM Marketing & Branding
1. All Branding work- individual or bulk to be done within timelines, fixed region-wise
2. Proactive planning to ensure execution of all strategic changes happen based on Company Goals
3. Reduction in branding cost and solutions to be provided for the same.
4. Market Feedback on Branding- material, artwork etc. to be shared monthly based on competitor analysis and CIC benchmarking.
5. Detailed Brand wise quantification and cost to be made available post any branding execution.
6. Quality Check and Cost Optimization to be planned for CES and EMI Branding
7. Proactive planning & Procurement of POP and plan to maintain at warehouse to be efficiently done and monitored month on month.
8. Review of POP request and dispatch to be planned accordingly.
9. Cost Reduction with proper analysis and creative thinking to be done to ensure quality of POP is maintained despite Cost efficiency.
10. Data Management for all Branding Work in each category with Tracking File Management system for easy understanding.
11. POP Budget Utilization vs procurement and Vendor Tracking and updating to enhance transparency across all departments.
12. Expense Record Maintenance
13. Consolidate multiple vendors to single point of contact for each region and empower smooth and effective work.
14. Develop new Vendors for POP, Branding and Corporate gifting
15. Training Vendors in quarterly interval to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality and improvement of timeline
