Ideal candidate should have the below experience/qualities :


- Previous work experience of 1-3 years

- Strong interest in Digital Marketing

- Ability to think of creative ideas and interesting campaigns on different social accounts.

- Ability to write engaging content, creative posts

- Good aesthetic sense to work with designers and get creative designs made

- Should know or have a keen interest to learn Excel and analyze data

- Ideally should be well-versed with online shopping & social media so that you can understand our business better and faster

- Desire to work in a fast paced start-up environment & immerse in an amazing learning experience

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team.

- Should have great written and spoken English

- Knowledge in MS Excel and Adobe Photoshop will be a plus

Roles and responsibilities of this role would include the below :

- Manage CashKaro's Social Presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and all other social media accounts of the Company.

- Identify other Social Channels which will merit CashKaro.com & build those channels

- Ideate and execute viral content which will appeal to our Social Media audience

- Work with the Promotion team to promote CashKaro's offers & deals

- Curate relevant content to reach the company's ideal customers.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.

- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.

- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.

- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
