Cashify - Digital Media Planner (4-5 yrs)

The Digital Media Planner is the steward of the entire investment and implementation process of Digital and works very closely with Business Arm of Cashify.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Media Activation and Execution:

- Provides digital partner selection and rationale

- Assess and evaluates vendor proposals in line with lead objectives

- Assist in developing investment strategies for maximizing media dollars and media efficacy

- Acts as a key negotiator working with vendors to ensure smart investments are made

- Performance media background (acquisition campaign based planning/buying) desired but not mandatory

- Understanding of B2B vs. B2C audience

- Ability to make optimizations recommendation based on insights pulled from data

- Maintains media budgets and changes to media plan post negotiations

- Keep abreast of all invoices, billing and delivery issues; oversees accounts discrepancies

- Works with creative team to understand creative assets available and any custom placements

- Manages intricacies of various digital tracking services, including Google's Doubleclick Campaign Manager

- Works with Digital Ad Operations to ensure flawless implementation of digital media and supports in all digital media tracking troubleshooting

- Analyzes tracking results and write detailed summaries of end of campaign results

- Accurately aligns digital media investment with correct measurement KPIs.

2. Strategic Thinking & Leadership:

- Works with management team to develop strategies for digital buys

- Strategizes ways to most effectively use digital media dollars to the greatest benefit for our clients

- Provide guidance to team members to nurture/promote team environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or college degree in relevant field of study

- 4+ years of media planning/buying experience, including at least 2 years focused on online

- High level of proficiency with full planning cycle and development/implementation of media plans

- Thorough understanding of the media process, media department and inter-department relationships

- High level of confidence with an ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders

- Strongly proficient with numbers and budgets, with a preference for College/University Mathematics education

- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to client business objectives

- Balanced ability to perform analytically and creatively

- Familiarity with offline media concepts

- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
