Cashify - City Manager /Regional Manager - Retail (5-7 yrs)
Job Brief: Cashify is looking to onboard a sharp and enthusiastic City Manager who would be responsible for Business Development and Operational efficiency in the retail environment. We are seeking candidates with a go to-market attitude who would proactively meet key stakeholders to build the business from scratch.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting Mall management and property owners to rent/lease space for setting up Retails Shop/Kiosk.
- Doing market mapping & recce of proposed sites.
- Manage the entire City Operations to achieve sales target.
- Strategize and plan the business activities in the specified region to meet the business vision and goals.
- Responsible for business growth in the designated city/region in entirety, ensuring smooth functioning of operations while driving sales volumes across all channels.
- P&L responsibility of retail kiosk across the city.
- Leading, managing and taking full accountability of all operational activities of Centres across the City.
- Performance evaluation and reporting using various KPIs and Metrics.
