Job Responsibilities :
- Handling the Documentation and Website Verification to get the Payment Gateway activated on Merchant's website
- Providing additional facilities to the existing merchant relating to payment gateways.
- Coordinated with the merchants for the flawless documentation, Documenting the same for official purpose.
- Coordinating with the Merchants for risk analysis of Website and getting the Website rectified from them to get it approved from the Risk team for Payment Gateway process.
- Resolving merchant queries relating to documentation in fastest possible and most accurate manner.
- Coordinated with the different departments like the Banking and the Operations team to resolve the merchant queries and with the Risk and Compliance team to get the merchant On -board.
- To work independently and within a team to reach individual and team targets.
- To achieve the Quarterly targets of activations.
