Job Role :

- Leading the Customer Support Team

- Managing Customer complaints through Fresh Desk Tickets

- Handling RBI, Consumer Forum, CIBIL, Collections, Fraud complaints

- Handling Management/ Social media escalations

- Managing Google Play store ratings

- Managing Chat Bot

- Conducting Product & Process Trainings for Inhouse as well as Partners

- Developing and reviewing performance reports, identifying areas of improvement and implementing measures for Performance improvement & Process innovation
