CASHe - Executive - Online Reputation Management (2-4 yrs)
- To independently manage the entire Online Reputation Management (ORM) process
- To manage ratings and reviews for the brand at popular sites and platforms, like, mouthshut.com, App store etc.
- Real-time tracking and responding to customers queries and complaints on Social Media.
- Fast thinking individual who can create responses on a variety of complaints, queries or requests.
- To monitor comments, complaints, suggestions and feedback on all the social media channels across the web
- To respond to comments with solutions within the specified turnaround time.
- To maintain and circulate daily, weekly and monthly ORM reports to internal departments for their information and further action.
- Should have good knowledge in working on Freshdesk and other popular ORM tools
- 2+ years- experience in ORM working on social media.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good time management and Proficient with MS Office.
- Understanding of different social media platforms and reviews ratings system.
- Ability to identify critical social posts for brands as well as patterns emerging from social media
