CASA Sales Role - Bank (0-3 yrs)
Hiring for CASA Sales Officer for an industry-leading International bank.
Role & responsibilities :
- Administer and ensure compliance with all sales practices branch
- Maintain the productivity of the sales officers(SOs)
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Generate leads new business and customers
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements for a branch.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Source accounts of small businesses and as well as households
- Achieve sales targets.
- Guide sales officers and introduce clients to them
- Maintain stability in the smooth-functioning the activities in the branch
- Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services and assist in resolving customer queries.
