Selling a car is outright painful. Right for the very first owner of a car in the 1880s, to an owner today - selling a car has been a disastrous experience. So much for all the advancements that include autonomous and flying cars!! Why i s the problem worth solving?

First, because you and I hate how we have to sell our car. So if we can fix it, we build a REAL big business. Good news is that given we (CARS24!) already buy around 15,000 cars every month, so we know how to fix it.

Second, this gives us - a supply which i s the leading factor i n the used car market's equation and we have just started ruling the demand side of the equation by introducing a platform where people can buy a 100% verified used car from CARS24 at best price with no hassle for paperwork!

What will you do : 

1) This role is a IC role with the promising opportunities of quick growth

2) Managing all training delivery through digital platforms

3) Handle multiple territories for sales training purpose

4) Driving the e-learning effectiveness and coverage

5) Excellent training delivery for huge range of audience starting from front line to vertical heads

6) Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders for training initiatives

7) Excellent knowledge of TNA and output driven training planning

8) Driving innovative and digital interventions to partner with business objectives

9) Building a positive and conversation oriented working environment with training team and business teams

10) Process management and coordinating for the required logistics

11) Partnering with respective leaders for training initiatives and practices

What do you need : 

1) Excellent digital presence and high on ownership

2) In case of fresher : MBA is must

3) In case of experienced min. 2 years of relevant experience

4) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

5) Excellent crowd management skills

6) Confident in running digital training culture
