Responsibilities :
1) Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
2) Assisting customers with questions & needs.
3) Cultivating successful relationships with customers.
4) Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
5) Handling high call volume.
6) Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
7) Excellent Communication Skill
8) Car knowledge is a must
Eligibility
- Must have an experience of 1 year
- Undergraduate (Currently not pursuing any education) with work experience (Outbound Sales / Inbound Sales / Up-selling Experience/other relevant experience)
- English, Hindi and Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
