Job Summary

The candidate will have overall responsibility of day to day sales and customer experience. The role is challenging and demands practical and innovative thinking along with a creative and energetic approach. Requires the right attitude and an ambition to take up leadership roles in the coming future. Candidates must have the ability to thrive when juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced, high performing environment

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Understanding the automotive after sales business and products offered by the company

2. Present and Pitch company products to customers through telecalling

3. Respond to customer queries related to products

4. Solve customer's doubt about products offered by the company

5. Increase sales and meet monthly targets

6. Create more sales from different channels

7. Coordinate with other teams to generate more leads

8. Assist regional and zonal managers to better understand customer needs and serve them likewise

9. Help the team to identify new opportunities related to products and services

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

1. 1-2 years of experience in field sales & marketing

2. Graduate from any discipline

3. Good communication skills

4. Knowledge of Automobile industry

5. Independent as well as a team player
