1) Development of relationship with Strategic OEMs (Agriculture, Conveyors, Semi-con, Plastic & Rubber and Manufacturing machineries) through identifying and meeting potential leads, building relationship with potential customers, understanding market and customer needs, and promoting the company's products and solutions

2) Provide market and liaison support to authorized Distributor's business development

3) Provide market and liaison support to Regional HQ in Singapore on Regional's HQ's business development for selected Global OEM accounts

4) Actively explore business opportunities and support authorized Distributors and Regional HQ to expand market share

5) Formulate action plans in conjunction with Regional HQ, execute the plans and provide status update during periodical reviews. Organize weekly activities for marketing, promotion and/or networking in accordance with the action plans approved by Regional HQ

6) Facilitate new product launches, solutions, demonstation and organise/ participate in exhibitions/seminars to support authorised Distributors to improve market penetration and brand awareness

7) Use CRM to update Regional HQ's central repository of all customer information, provide feedback based on local intelligence collated to assist Regional HQ to prioritise opportunities, manage pipelines, forecasts and improve efficiency

8) Research and collate relevant data related to competition, industry trends, new applications/developments, customer needs, wins/losses, and product gaps for Regional HQ's Marketing, Product management team to ensure product roadmaps reflect the technical needs of our customers

The ideal candidate :

Be a good role model of the company and its brand with integrity and professionalism

Education : Graduate in electrical/electronic engineering. Additional qualification in business administration or marketing will be an advantage

Language : Fluent in English verbally as well as in writing

Business Experience : 2 to 3 years' experience, preferably in industrial and building automation industry; Experience in IIOT, Industrial 4.0, Agriculture, Conveyors, Semi-con, Plastic & Rubber and Manufacturing machineries will be beneficial

Personal qualification : A dynamic person with strong communication, project management /entrepreneurial skills and ambition to develop successfully with the company; Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
