- This is a US Shift Profile. Shift timings are 5 pm to 2 am.

- We are looking to hire a Sales specialist for our organization, who would be responsible for the following.

- People who enjoy understanding business and provide solution-based sales solutions for long term affiliation and scale of us and the prospective clients.

- Knows sales profile are run like a business and not a job.

- Is hungry for daily closures and understand the math behind selling both for the prospect and self.

- Wants to achieve big targets personally like buying a sports bike, car, house etc. and then back calculate the incentive he wants to earn to achieve his personal goals in a stipulated time frame.

- Has entrepreneurial spirit and wants to start his own business in the next 2 to 3 years.

- Has sold in the Business-to-business space or any international market would be a add on

- Excellent writing and speaking ability, in English

- Not afraid to dial and close deals.

- A sales specialist would be required to acquire customers in India and other continents to offer our services. Experience in B2b Selling is a must, if you have sold in other countries that would be a plus point. Having sold digital marketing, security monitoring etc would also add to list of advantages.

- We are looking for a passionate Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The Sales Specialist 's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

- To be successful as a Sales Specialist you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Specialist should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Sales Specialist Responsibilities :

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

- Researching prospects and generating leads.

- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

- Building and maintaining a CRM database.

- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Participating in sales team meetings

Sales Specialist Requirements :

Graduate :

- 1+ years of sales experience in B2b and selling in different countries other than India.

- Excellent customer service and sales skills.

- Strong verbal and written communicator.

- Excellent phone and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
