Care.Fi is an early-stage Peak XV-backed health tech, working across the Healthcare Supply chain to ease working capital constraints through a blend of finance, commerce, and technology. Since, our launch two years ago, we are already working 50+ hospitals, 200+ suppliers, and many more doctors.
We also started a vertical asset-lite managed marketplace, which has scaled 4x since launch six months ago. This hire will be joining this team, which aims to do volume of 15cr Monthly by Mar'24.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Customer-facing and solving issues
- NBFC PDD completion
- Field visit
- Repayment Reminder to the customer
- Excel
- Developing credit portfolio.
Requirements -
- Excellent Communication skills
- Graduation or Post Graduate fresher
- Prior sales internship will be preferred.
- MBA ( Preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
