Social Media Manager

Job Summary :

- You will be managing all our social profiles and communities and be in charge of growing our following and engaging them.

- You will be responsible for creating and sourcing text and visual content, managing posts and responding to followers and most importantly increase our outreach and ultimately traffic.

- You will use your creativity and ideas to manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Expand the company's social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

2. Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of our social content properties.

3. Perform research on current trends, audience preferences and benchmark competitors activities.

4. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals of the increasing following, engagement and traffic.

5. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily. (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

6. Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions, campaigns and competitions.

Qualifications and Skills : We are looking for driven and fun people who :

1. Love working on social media.

2. Have a great knowledge about it and it's tools.

3. Can growth hack and be innovative.

4. Understand brands, target audiences and how to cater to them.

5. Can create great content for social and have a knack for creating campaigns that perform well.
