CareerNinja - Influencer Marketing Role (2-3 yrs)

Your Role :

We are looking for an influencer marketing and community manager who thrives in fast moving environments. You will work closely with the Marketing Head as well as cross functional teams to acquire and build an entire community of influencers and creators that will promote the brand. This will aid the marketing goal to do with massive customer acquisition and brand building so as to help millions learn new skills & build better careers.

Responsibilities :

1. Create a massive outreach campaign of influencers and creators on YouTube, Instagram and other community platforms

2. Develop and execute the influencer marketing plan in conjunction with the Marketing Head

3. Keep track of industry trends in 100+ skills on the platform and creatively approach, engage and onboard pioneers and creators specifically on YouTube.

4. Contact potential partners/influencers through cold calls, emails, networking events, etc and engage and retain them to build a community and get maximum deliverables

5. Own and execute complete customer acquisition through influencer marketing & campaigns including referral/affiliate marketing and growth hacks so as to drive increased ROI.

6. Closing meaningful brand partnerships for product optimisation as well as borrowing from the partners brand

7. Maintain and deepen relationships with the brand's current partners

Must Have :

1. 1+ years of experience with a proven track record of engaging influencers and creators through effective communication skills and marketing campaigns

2. Ability to think of innovative and creative ways of approaching potential partners and present unique value propositions.

3. 2+ years of hands-on experience working on multiple digital advertising platforms like Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn

4. Strong experience of working closely with design, content, marketing to implement high-leverage campaigns

Good to Have :

1. Relevant industry/Start-up/Edu-tech experience in a similar role

2. Good communication, copy writing and email marketing skills.

3. Proven experience of handling campaigns on Facebook, Instagram with Affiliates, Influencers, Creators

4. Good personal network and thriving LinkedIn with meaningful connections

5. High level of comfort with approaching and following up with people

6. Exposure of other aspects of the marketing functions like performance, social, brand, market research, pricing, etc
