We're looking for a passionate sales leader who can drive and manage growth at CareerNinja. As a Sales Manager at CareerNinja, you would be expected to own the P&L, lead a team of sales workforce and run the entire revenue engine for the program or portfolio of programs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Looking for passionate sales professionals with demonstrated capability in team management & P&L delivery.

2. Responsible for sales of a program or portfolio of program at CareerNinja

3. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target

4. Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline

5. Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions

6. Handle escalations and improve customer experience

7. Develop and work on sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline

8. Analyse and share active feedback about the customer behaviour, market demands and competition to the marketing team

9. Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions

10. Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales targets and job obligations to each team member

11. Plan and implement admission events and webinars

Requirements :

1. 2+ years of experience in relevant B2C sales experience

2. Proven capabilities in team management

3. Prior edtech experience is preferred

4. Excellent written, communication, analytical skills

5. Ability to lead and drive the team towards to revenue goals

6. Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions

7. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done

8. Ability to define and complete work within deadlines

9. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
