Job title: Sales & marketing executive

Job profile: We- re looking for result-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage client prospects. We provide complete and appropriate ed-tech solutions to our clients .i.e. Formal and Informal Educational Institutes across India. The Sales executive has to sale the ed-tech products in order to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability.

Overall Responsibilities:

- Represent our company's products, with a deep and comprehensive understanding, followed with client research, to identify how our solutions meet needs

- Meet monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

- Generate leads and build relationships, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

- Develop and implement field action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field

- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos.

Candidature Profile:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation skills

- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to perform tours to other parts of the country.

- Basic computer knowledge

- Strong work values and Proper work management

Preferred Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree

- 0-4 years Sales experience

- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

- Strong organizational skills
