Business Development Manager

Division : Network

Location : Ahmedabad

Education qualification : Graduate (MBA will be preferred)

Experience : 5-10 Years, with 3 years+ experience in network/channel partner sales

Industry : Education/FMCD/FMCG/Insurance

Key Responsibilities :

- New Franchisees scouting in the allocated geography with an aim to sign up to further drive incremental business growth

- Strategic Planning- City wise expansion plan in accordance with the budgets & required growth

- Lead Generation- by proactive use of online ads, emails, SMS blast and through various events

- Open to travel around 15-18 days in a month.

- Knows the allocated geography and preferably travelled extensively in same.

- To take part in Franchise Exhibitions

- To ensure that the Service Agreement is signed and all the relevant documentation is complete.

- Responsible for managing business from a group of cities in a defined geography and is responsible for overall Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations of the region

- Responsible for meeting the revenue & enrolment targets for the branches within the budget

- Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in the region with the help of corporate marketing team

- Devising Go-To-Market strategy, for the given geographies keeping the local intelligence of the market. Actively track & report competitor activities

Skills Required :

- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills

- Strong in negotiation skills with partners & external customers (like schools)

- Proficient in analyzing data to understand business status & market trends. Should provide data based feedback & formulate sales and marketing plans with partners accordingly

- Strong in terms of execution in collaboration with partners' teams in-market activities & initiatives

- Good written & oral knowledge of English and working knowledge of the relevant regional language

- Basis computers skills (MS Office / Mails / Social Media)
