Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Bangalore. The Career Counselor's responsibilities include conducting career counseling and development sessions, providing career management advice, and offering student counseling services.

- Additionally, the Career Counselor will be responsible for effective communication with students.

- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

- Should be ready to take up the target from day 1 of joining us.

- Guiding and giving process and product training to the team for better performance.

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective students.

- Making 80 to 100 calls in a day with 3 hours of minimum talk time.

- Proper counseling and guidance to the students regarding the courses available and the benefits that these courses provide in the long run.

- Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing Suggest to ensure that they are Retained.

- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may interest students.

- Negotiating with students to provide the most attractive prices for them.

- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain

Relevant Qualifications :

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a career counseling or related role in EdTech field.

- Languages Known Minimum 3: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

- Student Counseling and Communication skills

- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
