Career Counsellor - Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)

- We are looking out for the counsellors for one of the leading education based product management company. The incumbent in this role will have to work on the following:

1. Generate the lead for the educational products : Certifications, Internships and other competitive exams as per the need of the students or parents.

2. Convert these leads into the admission into the systems - such as enrollment and providing the management with the reports such as new requirements etc

3. Organize career fairs and other events to expose students to various career options and connect them with professionals in the field.

4. Manage a variety of events and programs (e.g., student assessments, classroom presentations, career fairs; college visits; fieldtrips, student placement and follow up, teacher and counselor in-services, self-esteem programs, etc.)

5. Organize NEET & JEEE coaching/third party tie up for Indian campuses

Job Requirement :


1. Candidates from Education Sector only

2. Bachelor's degree in counselling, psychology, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred with at least 1-3 + years of experience.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse students, parents, and community organizations.

Please note that this is a part time opportunity and the candidate will be paid on the completely on commission basis. We offer better commission so that you can defeat your monthly earning potentials even.

Desired Skills :

1. Convincing, Business acumen and financial Management

2. Knowledge of marketing tools - watsapp blast etc

3. Knowledge of MS tool and finance tools
