Care4Parents - Manager/Executive - Customer Relationship (1-3 yrs)
We are searching for a patient and attentive Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our bustling organization for patient appointment coordination, data management, and service bookings.
Responsibilities :
1. Familiarizing yourself with and remaining up-to-date with changes in our plans
2. Handling customers in a friendly, professional manner and answering their inquiries in a timely manner
3. Customers' health data management
4. Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment to service providers
5. Providing extant and prospective members with the details of network providers.
1-2 years of healthcare experience will be preferred.
