Job Description :

1. Work as a personal financial advisor representing the company dealing in various products like mutual fund, equity, life insurance and all other financial products of the company.

2. To identify clients, understand their current needs and help them in financial advisory and better tax planning.

3. Advising retail / HNI / Ultra - HNI clients on creating a goal based financial plan.

4. Create relationships with the existing clients by becoming one point of contact for all advisory needs.

5. Generating new business opportunity for organization by referrals.

6. Conduct lead generation by direct mail, phone calls, internal sources and personal networking.

7. Acquisition & managing retail / HNI / Ultra- HNI clients.

8. Continuous engagement with clients by regular phone calls and personal meeting.

9. Providing excellent service and query resolution for the clients. Overall customer satisfaction and customer experience is extremely important.

10. Ability to move in the field for new client acquisition and maintaining existing relationships.

JOB SKILLS OR SPECIFICATION

1. Relationship building

2. Relationship management

3. A strong written and verbal communication skill in English is a must.

4. Convincing and presenting skill.

5. Strong command on MS Word and MS Excel is a must.

6. Ability to make sound decision.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, equity, derivatives, currency and commodity markets.

2. Salary: 1.8 to 2.4 lpa and negotiable depending upon the experience and interview.
