Job Summary:

- We (Cardinality.ai) seek a skilled and experienced Proposal Content Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the RFP needs of our clients in the US market. The writer will work closely with our teams to develop persuasive messaging that effectively communicates the value of our products and solutions to potential clients.

- The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with a keen eye for detail, top-notch writing skills, excellent research skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with pre-sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and develop proposal strategies.

- Leverage Cardinality's products, solutions, and content ecosystem, to clearly communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients.

- Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other supporting materials.

- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss proposal strategies and answer any questions they may have.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in proposal writing or a related field.

- Basic image editing and multimedia skills

- Strong writing (US English), editing, and proofreading skills, with unparalleled attention to detail.

- Excellent research and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of US Government technology and market trends preferred.
