The Job :
- You must have heard- Customer is Queen. But what goes behind making them feel so? A Customer Experience Executive who's quietly making it happen behind the scenes!
- We at Shaya by CaratLane are looking for a smart, enthusiastic female executive to join our team and help us make the customer experience even better.
What Does This Include ?
- End to End Customer Service
- Interacting with customers on calls and/or chat to understand their concerns, queries, or doubts
- Maintaining great customer relations at all times
- Coordinating with the necessary stakeholders whenever required
Who Is The Right Person ?
- Do you feel like you're the right person for the job? Great! All you gotta do before applying is making sure you check all these boxes-
- You have good spoken and written communication skills.
- You're fluent in English: both spoken and written
- You have experience in pre/post sale roles (this is a bonus)
- You're minimum a 12th standard graduate
Anything Else ?
- You applly have to work out of our office at MIDC in Andheri East, Mumbai. So make sure you apply only if you're ready to travel to the office everyday.
