Capital First - Senior Manager - Cross Selling (10-15 yrs)
- The incumbent will have the KRA to drive numbers from purely outbound calling perspective.
- The person will lead the hunters through the scientific approach towards data for calling.
- Increasing productivity of the channels managed
- Focusing on increase of leads from the data dialed and disbursal by proper churning of data
- Categorization of telecallers and improvement by identifying the training needs
- This person will need to look out opportunities for reaching out more customers through cost efficient channel
- Lead the telecallers from the front to ensure that the maximum productivity is attained by converting the potential customers who respond to various BTL activities.
- Managing cost efficiency on the channels managed
- Managing multiple business lines under cross sell for various business units
