CapGrow Capital - Relationship Manager - Marketing & Client Servicing - Portfolio Management Services (3-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Client Services & Marketing person who can help grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The candidate will also be responsible
for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the clients
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine optimization (SEO), Social Media, Email Marketing & more.
- Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
- Work on planning and implementing marketing campaigns including digital campaigns.
- Ensuring smooth delivery & execution of our campaigns and meeting the targets set.
Skills Required
- Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Pro-active and a self-starter
- Acquaintance with the Digital & Influencer Marketing space
