Our digital lending products, in partnership with 50+ banks, are - Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) and are introducing Business Loans (BL) and Personal Loans (PL) soon. We have over 100,000 satisfied customers and expanding rapidly.

Fincity.AI is an Enterprise SaaS-based - Digital Lending- platform which enables - (1) origination; (2) Conversion; (3) Onboarding; (4) Transaction; (5) Engagement (Reward & Recognition); (6) Cross-sell / Ups-sell to a customer. Given entire customer data is - Live- on the platform, we are able to perform analytics / ML/AI-led algorithms which learn from prior history and take corrective actions. Our clients include leading banks in India.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive company-wide pirate funnel acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR)

- Hypothesize, prioritize, and test innovative growth strategies leading to increased traffic/leads across channels - social media, B2C and B2B

- Conduct extensive A/B testing to see what's working

- Scale and Automate growth processes

- Plan and execute strategies/hacks to facilitate customer growth and retention

- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research

Requirements:

- Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker in a startup environment with at least 5 years of cumulative experience

- Knowledge and experience in SEO, SEM, SMO, and marketing automation products

- Extensive knowledge of marketing and growth hack tools

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
