Role : Head of Enterprise Business

Location : Bangalore

- We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Leader who will be leading our Enterprise Sales team. The candidate will be Business Head accountable for profitable revenue growth across the PAN India market with a razor-sharp focus on increasing market share.

What you will do ?

P&L Management : Manage business P&L and revenue generation, launching, building and growing business along with budget compliance. Implement strategies and processes to Increase Gross Margin and be the custodian of GM.

Business target Achievement : Analyze region-wise performance & market share & set the target % to be achieved. Drive key business metrics achievement through the team. Manage costs & expenses judiciously.

Market Research : Map market potential for existing and upcoming service offerings, drive marketing activities to strengthen the brand and increase market penetration in various zones.

Customer Life cycle Management : Drive customer Acquisition (Large Enterprises - SMBs) on-boarding and service delivery in the zone.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with the category team to decide on the product scheme and offers to be driven.

Relationship Management : Maintain good rapport with the clients, handle seamless issue resolution to enhance customer experience and drive market adoption.

Team Management : Build a world-class sales organization by hiring, training, and developing a team of passionate sales teams across all parts of the country. Build and monitor productivity metrics, review the performance periodically and take necessary action to bridge the performance gaps. Analytical acumen and thought leadership, paired with agile and a GROWTH mindset.

Key Initiatives : Drive Key initiatives pertaining to the launch of new product offerings/performance intervention of existing categories.

What You Should Have :

Experience : 12 to 18 years.

- 10+ years of B2B sales from Large Enterprises & SMBs.

- 10+yrs of experience in selling to CHROs, CFOs and CEOs.

- Experience to have sold in Tier 1 Cities.

- Good Interpersonal relations with a leadership personality.

- P&L Management experience will be an added bonus
