Candid Marketing - Manager - Client Servicing (2-8 yrs)
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with the client
REVENUE GENERATION: Meeting Revenue Targets under the guidance of Senior Team Members ( team targets not individual targets )
PROJECT DELIVERY: Ensure all promotions and events follow the appropriate client approval protocols.
ACCOUNT PLANNING: Developing brand activation strategy for existing and new clients
ERP MANAGEMENT:
- Uploading project details online from Pitch to Implementation phase
- Timely raising of invoices & payment collection of accounts handled with the help of Commercial Team.
INTERDEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION :
- Liaison between Client, Business Development team and Operations in order to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Actively Engaging with Creative & Designing Team to ensure that the Solutions being presented to the client meets / exceeds expectations.
