- You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality.
- You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets as well as our customer satisfaction.
- Handle calls, mails, whatsapp chat to patients and clients.
- Identify the needs of patients, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Upsell other products/ services wherever possible.
- Follow the instructions while pitching the clients.
- Schedule meetings for closure as per the clients requirement.
- Constant follow ups on each lead allocated.
- Update CRM time to time.
- Manage data base.
