- As a "Marketing & Alliances Executive" you must have demonstrated networking abilities. You should be willing to travel to other places of business and make the most out of every probable opportunity. Your main role would be to build and manage relationships with our targeted partners in the healthcare market and mutually benefit all the parties involved. You will work closely with our lines of business to plan and execute the alliance objectives. The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.

- Research and identify potential partners in the market.

- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

- Encourage and supervise any further collaborations with partners like organizing marketing/ collaborative events/ social media campaigns and CMEs.

- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.

- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.

- Strategize and research on newer ways for alliances across sales, servicing, tech and operations.

- Travel to other places of business within city limits.

- Build a referral model including GPs + Partners.

- Act as a Relationship Manager for all the accounts of CancerMitr.

- Execution of MOUs/Service Agreements with the partners. Maintain record and database for the same.

- Integration of all new partners on CancerMitr's dashboard and ensure to keep the same updated.

Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge :

- Freshers are welcome or minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare or Marketing is a must have.

- Degree in Business Management or Marketing will be a deal maker.

- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating business strategies, either verbally or in written form.

- Proven ability towards constructive networking.

- Effective negotiation skills and persuasion skills will come in handy.

- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

- Strong multitasking, time management, and task achieving skills.
