Job Description :

Our company is in need of a motivated area manager to oversee our expanding footprint across the state of Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets. We- re looking for a professional who has experience managing teams and maximizing productivity. The ability to work independently is essential. The successful candidate will be ready to build long-term relationships with stores in the region and ensure quality consistency across each individual location. Priority will be given to those with experience in our industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive secondary sales across stores

- Manpower planning and management

- Franchise management

- Store profitability

- Business development - scouting, identifying and opening of Campus Exclusive stores across Uttar Pradesh.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Analytically oriented individual with ability to solve problems in an unstructured environment

- Strong multi-tasking abilities for an entrepreneurial environment

- 4 - 8 years of experience in a retail environment with any of the leading retail organizations. Footwear brand experience would be preferred.
