Campaign Manager - Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Location: Delhi

Experience: 3.0 - 5.0 Years

Must-Have:

- Depth knowledge of Facebook ads platform, Google ads platform and be a hands-on marketer having large scale -campaigns including A / B testing ads

- Ready to join office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns; including SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

- Identifying trends in data and creating audience with logic

- Build audiences and launch campaigns based on the plans

- Coming up with innovate ways to run paid campaigns

- Monitor the campaigns and have an agile outlook to make them work

- Conduct A/B tests on creatives and ad copies and clearly establish the outliers

- Driving awareness, demand, and acquisition through social media marketing channels

- Optimize against key metrics including CTR, revenue lift, ROI, CPA and conversions

- Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance

- Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Work towards month on month increment while maintain the channel efficiency.

- Work with content writers to develop compelling messaging across platforms.

- Work with designers to ideate and develop relevant creative to increase the CTR numbers.

- Building experiments and tests basis hypothesis (creative, audience and content)

- Manage Facebook Ad Account and Google ad account

- Analyse the reports and translate them into meaningful insights for the stakeholders

- Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders
