Campaign Manager - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Manage the marketing goals of clients with a strong focus on KPIs to drive marketing efficiency in awareness, conversions, and engagement with target customers.

- Be responsible for plotting the annual marketing plan backed with strong data on potential marketing metrics the brand should target across paid and engagement channels.

- Devise quarterly marketing strategies and set targets; be responsible for driving the discussions with clients on the quarterly and annual plans and potential investments needed to achieve marketing goals.

- Own the knowledge creation of best practices, digital analytics and optimization across paid platforms internally by creating a culture of accelerated learning.

- Build, groom and nurture a team of campaign, SEO and social media specialists with a sharp focus on setting and achieving aggressive targets

- Map how organic, paid and social channels work synchronously for the customer as the internal marketing head for the client

- Manage client escalations and delivery lapses with timely deep diving

- Strategize for revenue growth of the client's business through digital marketing initiatives

- Work on effective budget allocation, campaign planning and approval with client on a monthly basis with focus on performance metrics and revenue objectives

- Deep dive and identify root cause of gaps in execution and KPI achievement

- Be the owner of the Voice of Client for the digital marketing service wing and arrive at strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of team to generate positive client feedback

- Responsible for overseeing optimisation efficiency of the team, creative team and copy rollout, A/B testing of campaigns aiding efficient campaign execution and achieving revenue and performance metrics.

- Understand requirements, implement, and oversee all aspects of mid-market & enterprise targeted digital campaigns.

- End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in customer acquisition journey and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years in Digital marketing expertise and a strong team management experience across SEO, paid campaigns specialists and social media marketers.

- Hands on experience in end-to-end campaign execution & management, google analytics & expertise with Google & FB platforms, Amazon Marketing, Flipkart marketing platforms

- Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance

- Understanding of Retail/ Ecommerce marketing landscape and hands-on
