Campaign Manager - Advertising/PR Firm (1-3 yrs)

What is expected from a Digital Campaign Manager :
- Developing a campaign strategy with senior team members.
- Creating and monitoring campaigns in order to attain higher ROI.
- Adjustment of inputs as per the need to optimize each campaign.
- Carry out post-campaign analysis to report KPIs and improve the performance of each campaign.
Here's what we are looking for:
- A passion for internet marketing and outstanding problem solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing(terminology like CPC, CTR etc).
- Strong analytical skills to understand and make use of different data points in order to run and optimise a campaign.
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems as well as be highly flexible and willing to adapt to in an ever-changing digital landscape.
- Strong commitment and work ethics.
